- Recap From Last Week -
Last week in our meeting we discuss further into our design. When talking to Dr. Hamel, he suggested that we look into other problems that can be solved within our design. Problems such as the costs versus strength of the case. The amount of LEDs versues the distance between the masks. The poratbility of the device.
- This Week -
This week we have worked on the PDR for our design topic. We introduced new factors that could come to play with our choice. Such as the endurance of the device, we would want this to survive being crushed by a fire truck. We would also want this to be as light as possible, no more than 100 lbs. We would need to the costs down as much as possible. Here attach is our PDR showcasing our concepts and problems we will have to solve for. Here is our PDR presentation that we made:

Next week we will need to work on researching and developing these ideas into actual practice. We plan on dividing the team into two groups, one that will work on the UV light while the other team works on the endurance and strength of the case.
